The Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) Movement was developed to increase the center’s efforts in workforce development, education, and family and community engagement toward the pursuit of a holistic approach to equity, social justice, and inclusion.

The REDI Steering Team developed a catalog of resources to encapsulate the five standards (Racism, Accountability, Correction, Biases, Growth) of the Getting REDI Curriculum, a program within the overall REDI Movement. 

Even if you only have five minutes to spare while eating lunch on a Tuesday afternoon, our hope is that you will engage in a podcast, video, or article to discover how racial injustice and social injustice impact our community.
