Angela Stansell

Angie Stansell is a project coordinator for the Assessment Services Team. Her main role is as a recruiter, where she coordinates the attendance of subject-matter experts at item-writing workshops to create test questions for WebXam, an online testing portal that is used by Career-Technical Education programs statewide. She also helps to coordinate the item-writing schedule, facilitates workshops, reviews tests, writes Standard Operating Procedures, and creates marketing materials for the team to distribute at various events. Angie is also a member of the CARE Committee. Angie also produces marketing material for the Assessment Services team, maintains their monthly newsletter content, and reviews their WebXam news site.

Angie has over 10 years’ experience as an editor in educational and marketing publishing, including publication data and the production of textbooks and educational magazines. She has also functioned as a social media manager for a non-profit. She owns her own freelancing business and takes on the occasional freelancing project in her spare time. She enjoys crocheting, sewing, reading, watching movies and TV, and playing the occasional video game. She spends most of her time with her precocious toddler son (who is into everything and gets out of anything with a smile) and her wonderful husband.
