Richard Huggins

Richard Huggins works with the Center on Education and Training for Employment’s Assessment Services team managing service delivery and application development for the WebXam testing platform. Richard works with all center staff providing technology consultations and solutions as well as managing IT staff.

Richard has worked in the Information Technology field for over 20 years at The Ohio State University. He began working for University Computing Services building databases for scheduling and key management. Richard then moved on the Eisenhower National Clearinghouse (ENC), first providing desktop support as a student, then as Network Administrator as a  full-time staff member. While working for ENC, he began developing web sites using ASP, ColdFusion, as well as implementing Microsoft Exchange, and Active Directory. Richard continued this work at the Ohio Resource Center, managing a team of web developers building sites on using .NET and other technologies before joining the center.
