Keli Bussell, MHRM, MA
Keli Bussell, MHRM, MA is a Senior Researcher Associate with the Curriculum and Training team at the center, where she utilizes a variety of skills and experience. Her educational and professional background offers a combination of a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and a Master’s Degree in Workforce Development, which compliments her as a Certified Career Service Provider through the National Career Development Association.
Bussell also holds a certificate in instructional design for eLearning from the University of California, Irvine. She supports varying projects throughout the center utilizing such skills to build online learning modules.
With a decade of experience within human resources, she applies her expertise by helping organizations create career pathways supported by training and development initiatives through the lens of organizational behavior. Her research focus within her graduate studies was on the impact training and development have on employees’ commitment to their organization as well as career exploration and development of K-12 and adult students. Other special interest research completed throughout her studies was on apprenticeships and career and technical education.
