Jody L. Angelone, MEd
Jody L. Angelone, MEd, is currently a Program Manager with over 30 years of experience in adult education. She has been at the Center on Education and Training for Employment for 10 years. She holds a BS in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Toledo, and a MEd in Education Administration and Supervision from Bowling Green State University. Jody designs, develops, and delivers training for adult educators, including leadership, program management, career pathways, instructional strategies, and assessment.
Jody has worked as an instructor and program administrator in the context of correctional education, ABE/HSE, workplace education, volunteer literacy, vocational evaluation and assessment, as well as in professional development administration, training and development. She has served on various boards, committees and task forces at the local, regional, state and national levels supporting adult education and community services. She served as Regional Representative, Vice-President of Membership, President-Elect, President, and is currently Past-President for the Coalition on Adult Basic Education (COABE) national board. Additionally, Jody serves as the COABE Liaison for the Ohio Association for Adult and Continuing Education (OAACE) board, where she previously served as Regional Director, Workplace Director, Advocacy Chair, and President.
Jody enjoys reading, leisure time at sporting events, family Sunday dinners, and hanging out with her grandbabies, and dogs. She is from Gibsonburg, Ohio.
