 About this Learning Experience

Our DACUM International Training Center is the premiere provider of DACUM facilitator training in the world. We train more DACUM facilitators than anyone else, both domestically and internationally. Our training is designed for college, company, and other workforce development programs, course designers, training coordinators, trainers, curriculum specialists, educational specialists, and human resource development specialists to become successful DACUM facilitators.

Included in this learning experience

  • Instruction on the elements of the DACUM process, including the uses of DACUM, recruiting panel members, developing effective facilitation skills, and how to develop quality duty and task statements using panelist input
  • Interactive practice activities analyzing a job while receiving mentoring and feedback from a trained facilitator
  • The opportunity to conduct an actual DACUM workshop with a real panel of 5-8 subject matter experts working with a team of 3-4 facilitators being trained
  • Extensive individual and group coaching and guidance from a highly experienced facilitator
  • Certification as a DACUM facilitator, recognizing the successful completion of the DACUM facilitator training at The Ohio State University
  • DACUM Handbook that provides practical information on how to perform all the duties and tasks of a DACUM facilitator
  • Handouts and templates needed to conduct your own workshops
