Qiwei Men

Qiwei Men, PhD

Qiwei Men is a postdoctoral researcher at the Center on Education and Training for Employment (CETE) at The Ohio State University. His research focuses on learning analytics, online and technology-enhanced learning, and data-informed approaches to understanding learners’ behaviors, engagement, and outcomes.

Qiwei earned his PhD in Educational Studies, specializing in Workforce Development and Education, from The Ohio State University. He also holds a Master of Applied Statistics, a graduate minor in Computer Science and Engineering, and a Graduate Interdisciplinary Specialization in Quantitative Research Methods. His interdisciplinary work combines educational research, statistical modeling, and data science to examine how learners interact with digital learning environments and how learning data can inform the design of more effective educational experiences.

At CETE, Qiwei contributes to research and evaluation projects aimed at improving educational practices. He applies quantitative methods, learning analytics, and advanced statistical techniques to help educators and organizations better understand learners and create environments that support their success.
