Final Products
There are six distinct products necessary to conduct the Annual State-Wide Family Survey for Families of Students with Disabilities (Indicator 8):
1.Annual cohort level State-Wide Family Survey for Families of Students with Disabilities (Indicator 8) Report for public dissemination via the ODEW website (PDF)
2. Where response thresholds are met (minimum of 10 responses), individual district/community school-level reports are also generated and shared with ODEW and local districts and community schools (PDF)
3. Annual Performance Report (APR)
4. Public Indicator 8 reports for individual districts and community schools
5. Presentation materials developed for use with partners, including State Advisory Panel for Exceptional Children (SAPEC) and other interested parties
6. Regular meetings where updates are provided to the Office of Accountability and the Office for Exceptional Children (OEC)
