Fara Allen

Fara Allen is a Program Coordinator with the Curriculum and Training program at the center. As a program coordinator, her primary role is to support the team in various projects across the center, including coordination, facilitation, and monitoring different aspects. Fara hosts, co-produces, and manages the CETE Works Podcast and manages the team’s Twitter account. She collaborates with experts at the center to represent our work and share how we engage and support our communities.

Fara brings extensive experience in organizational planning, operations management, and the coordination of priorities across different groups with varied interests. She managed four different site locations as an office manager for the Ohio Gastroenterology Group, Inc. and has earned several professional certificates in the medical field. Through her own career technical training, Fara leverages her own experience with post-secondary education as a support for individuals seeking career pathways. She believes everyone should have the opportunity to succeed.
