In a year that proved challenging beyond belief in terms of public health, conflict and violence, inequality, and politics, 2020 threatened even the strongest of institutions. It was during this time that the Center on Education and Training for Employment’s associates harnessed their talents and expertise to translate research into practice and reimagine the way things have always been done.

The center’s associates, research scientists, students, and faculty pushed the boundaries of work to offer premier services, conduct research, and connect with communities. The 2020 Annual Report showcases the innovations and agility required to meet the needs of an evolving society and previews the new initiatives designed to transform future practices and policies.
