
CETE Instructional Development Specialists Cara North and Alicia Willis presented on October 14 at the Association for Talent Development Greater Cincinnati Chapter (GCATD) annual conference held in West Chester, Ohio. Their presentation, entitled “Microlearning: Macro-knowledge in Nanoseconds,” helped participants plan activities based on the needs of the learner using a microlearning framework. This is the third year CETE staff have presented at the GCATD conference.
GCATD is an association of professionals dedicated to providing leadership in workplace learning and performance and to offering its members professional growth opportunities that position them on the cutting edge of the industry.
