Several CETE staff participated in the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE) Exchange Conference November 8-11 in Colorado Springs. Bob Mahlman, Jim Austin, Brooke Parker, and Kate Fergus presented an exhibit on credentialing. ICE is a professional membership association that provides education, networking, and other resources for organizations and individuals who work in and serve the credentialing industry. Credentialing is a term used to refer to professional certification, certificate programs, accreditation, licensure, and regulation.
