Keya Crenshaw is the Communications and Marketing Coordinator with a split appointment in CETE & The Ohio Statewide Family Engagement Center. Keya is from Columbus, Ohio and attended the Ohio State University where she received her BA with honors and double majors in Women’s Studies and Film Studies. Keya has previously held positions at The Ohio State University in the Office of International Affairs and the Kirwan Institute, as well as the Brooklyn Arts Council and Columbus Post Newspaper.
As Founder & Creative Director of Black Chick Media, Keya acts as a Marketer, Film Festival Consultant, and Writer. As an artist in her own right, Keya also works as a Social Media Manager for the National Arts Marketing Project arm of Americans for the Arts, and isa member of numerous organizations including the League of Professional Theatre Women in New York City, the So and So Arts Club based in London, England, and Past Productions Columbus. Keya loves shoes, acting, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
