Jody L. Angelone
Jody L. Angelone is currently a Training Manager at the Center on Education and Training for Employment. She holds a BS in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Toledo, and a MEd in Education Administration and Supervision from Bowling Green State University. Jody coordinates, develops, and facilitates training for adult educators, including leadership, career pathways, instructional strategies, and assessment. She has worked as an instructor and program administrator in the context of correctional education, ABE/HSE, workplace education, volunteer literacy, vocational evaluation and assessment, as well as in professional development administration, training and development. She has served on various boards, committees and task forces at the local, regional, state and national levels supporting adult education and community services. She currently serves on the Coalition on Adult Basic Education (COABE) national board as Vice President for Membership, and will begin her term as the newly elected COABE President-Elect on July 1, 2019. Additionally, Jody serves as the Advocacy Chair for the Ohio Association for Adult and Continuing Education (OAACE).
Jody enjoys bowling and playing volleyball, leisure time at sporting events, and hanging out with her family and dogs. She is from Gibsonburg, Ohio.
